Severe lack of item, service, and integrity.
Severe lack of customer service. Tracking number doesn't work. Initiated a chargeback via bank, and merchant attempted to show proof of shipment. Problem being, lack of full address, and no date on "fulfillment". Bank have automatically refunded me knowing its a case they will win. I'll still be speaking to Trading Standards as this was basically attempted theft. No shipment exists as per DHL tracking. Never did. And merchant attempted to rob me of my money even after I raised a dispute
