If I could give minus stars
If I could give minus stars, I would. I have purchased their cases through Amazon before, and this time I found them on punkcase.ca, or so I thought. It was handled through Shopify, and the price was in Canadian dollars, with no information given to indicate the case was being shipped from the US. A week and a half later I get an email from DHL asking me to pre-pay duty on my order. I have emailed and called the company multiple times since then, and have never received response. When I click on the View Order link in my "order confirmed" email, I get the error "website not found." Now I am pursuing a refund through my credit card company.
