Baddd service
I had a terrible experience with Airpaz. I had to book twice because their system kept failing. The first booking was suddenly refunded with the reason “unsuccessful booking”. When I booked the second time, they told me the flight was suddenly full, even though the system showed seats available. Because the system doesn’t allow group booking in one transaction, I had to make two separate bookings for my whole family. Now Airpaz is forcing us to take different flights, while my other family members are still confirmed on the original flight. Their response was extremely late, and none of my calls to customer service were answered. This caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and so much trouble. Totally unacceptable. Very bad service.
