Dresses undelivered!
I ordered 2 dresses a month ago, and gave the correct address, and kept tracking the process. On the 6th of November, I saw that the parcel had been returned to the business owner, as it was an unsuccessful delivery, and I was not called. I was at home and had no delivery I reached out to the customer service; they took a while to respond, and when they finally did, they requested my home address, phone number, and I provided that information. It has been 2 whole weeks since then, and a month since I made the order. I do not know where my order is, and the team is saying they will let me know since 5 days ago, they haven't to date. I will not let the amount spent on those dresses go if I do not get my item. I do not care if this is a scam site, as purported or not!
