Absolutely shocking!!
Absolutely shocking!!! great looking sofa shown online. £780 on sale for £384. Othere colours still on at full price. You would call this premium, right? Delivered, quickly I admit, in boxes, vacuum packed!!. There is no structure to this sofa. Its just foam. Cheap Chinese 'tat' At no point in the online narrative / imagery was this even hinted at. Appalling. They are telling me now that i have to pay the delivery costs plus return courier costs. Cannot speak to anyone. Phone line just cuts out. Misleading!!! Misleading product description and imagery, misleading telephone number, misleading responses to email (AI generated). Recommend you give these a wide berth
