Ghosted
I worked with Kevin to purchase a new railing. After trying to reach out to him to fix an expensive mistake he made, I was ghosted. Charolette from Customer Service was very helpful and responsive. A salesman should work with you from start to finish. Kevin was just out to get my money and once he did I didn’t matter.
