The valve connection to the radiator is loose I inquired about that, and they told me to use a lot of Teflon tape. Having been a contractor and pipe fitter, we would never allow a connection like that out the door. I believe it is a British BSPP thread with an American NPT Thread. I like solid connections especially for something that will expand and contract like a radiator. The Heated towel bar & valves are very well made I don't know why they dropped the ball on the connections
