Serhii K - Ideal Customer Service Experience
Serhii K. Wow, I'd leave 10 stars if I could! Excellent customer service for urgent website issues (hacked / spam). Really helpful and fast understanding. Fixed all issues, tidied everything, suggested ways to prevent it happening in future and sent useful info to forward to my web maintenance provider. Pretty much a perfect customer service experience! Wish all customer service was this good. Bravo!
