Difficult Return Policy
I ordered 2 dresses in dark green as options for a wedding. The bride changed the color scheme and I cancelled before the dresses were sent. JJHouse tried to negotiate and offered 40% of my money back. It went back and forth and they sent a link for their return policy (which is not good). Then I was offered 80% of my money back. I got my bank involved and finally got 100% refunded including $35 in shipping) which is high! This experience left a bad taste. I’m sticking with Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s and Nordstroms for future dress purchases!
