My wife purchased an expensive vacuum cleaner last November, but was told it was on back order and would be delivered to her when it came in. She paid for the order, but it was never delivered. Abt says they shipped it via UPS and we would have to take it up with UPS. We have no leverage with UPS who simply claims they deliver all the packages they get and sent a picture, not of the package, but a picture of our building with a circle drawn around a locked door that only resident cars can enter. Based on my experience, I would not pay for anything from Apt unless you can walk out with it! Order can be verified with her Cell number 312-925-7711
