A Delayed Delivery Sent a parcel on Monday, from Johor to Kuala Lumpur, the parcel has arrived by the next day, Tuesday, but remained undelivered status until Friday. There is nowhere to contact with the specific branch, and even Customer Service at headquarter can do nothing, always waiting for updates by the branch. This was not the first time, the specific branch delayed my parcel, reasoning insufficient manpower, from April until November.
