Complete scammers. I booked a flight with them that they canceled, I requested for a refund and only got a voucher more than a month later to use with them again instead a refund back to my bank card. When I tried using the vouchers they for some reason have to send a verification code into "whatsapp" that never comes through anyway, so it's impossible to make a booking using my refund voucher. I lost a lot of money because of their fraudulent activity and I feel scammed.
