Nayax does not respond to clients and avoids their clients
I am a property manager in London, Ontario Canada. One of my properties in London, Ontario Canada uses a Nayax box for the laundry facilities. The Nayax system has been double charging tenants for almost 6 months now. Nayax refuses to help or assist in any way. Nayax sent my email request regarding the issue of double charging to the United States of America first, who then transferred our request to London England. I don't think anyone who works for Nayax can read, as I mentioned that our business is located in Ontario CANADA- not anywhere close to the USA, OR ENGLAND! My email request was passed from country to country, and not one staff can assist on having a technician in CANADA assist with the double charging. Nayax seems like a bunch of scammers at this point! Our company is currently searching for alternative companies to do business with- An honest company that CARES about their customers, that will actually resolve issues. Highly do not recommend doing business with Nayax- Stay away!
