poor response to what could have been a quick fix.
I placed an order over the weekend. Within a minute, I looked at the order and I noticed an item was missing. I tried IMMEDIATELY to correct it. There is no number to call to fix the issue. I sent several emails to fix it. NO RESPONSE. I received a confirmation that they processed the order WELL after all my requests to ADD an item to it. Both items are needed at the same time and rushed. I paid for 2 day shipping . They showed no concern to add what is needed. NO one bothered to respond to my URGENT messages. DO BETTER FOCO!
