All their products are misrepresented as high quality premium items. They eventually send you a cheap 3rd grade replica quality product made in China after more than a month. Their support team is also not helpful and after talking with them for a couple of weeks I decided to stop continuing the discussion.
Do not buy anything from them! I ordered a doorlock from Prism+. They initially said they couldn't install it anytime soon so I insisted and they schedule installation on a Saturday between 2pm to 6pm then at 5pm they sent me a SMS with status set to order delivery failed due to "out of time"!. Then they scheduled it for another day (week day) and the installer didn't even have the equipment to install it! So he left. I asked for a refund and they said it takes 10 days for the refund to be done! The worst company out there! Go for Samsung, LG, etc.
