Recently purchased Grow Tool Kit
I recently purchased the Grow Kit Tools which included a 30x Magnifier Loupe. As I opened the magnifier to view the lenses popped out of the housing holding the lenses. I reached out to Spider Farmer Customer Service telling them what had happened not expecting much that they could do as it was part of a whole tool kit consisting of many items. I received prompt reply with the conditions of what needed to be done to either fix or replace. I sent along what was needed to satisfy these conditions. Once again not expecting much to be done. Within days I received an email with a tracking number for a package sent to me. Upon receiving the package it was the new 2025 Spider Farmer 200X Trichome Microscope Magnifier – SmartPhone Lens with LED & UV, Nano Zoom, CPL, Clip-On for iPhone & Android! Not only a replacement but an upgrade. So onto the Spider Farmer website I go once again to look at other items that will be quite useful to my indoor growing. I have bought the 3x3×6 Grow tent along with the pepper grinder and am quite happy with this company especially the customer service which is HUGE these days. THANK YOU Spider-Farmer!!
