This review is based on customer service
I can’t speak to the actual product just yet, as it hasn’t been used, but I absolutely wanted to leave a review for the customer service. My original order was unfortunately lost in the mail, and with Christmas quickly approaching, I was pretty stressed. Their team responded quickly, was incredibly kind and helpful, and immediately took action to make things right. They sent out a replacement right away, and it arrived before Christmas, which I truly appreciated. Things happen, especially with shipping, but how a company handles those situations matters and they handled it exceptionally well. Based on this experience alone, their customer service is excellent, and I’m very grateful for how smoothly and thoughtfully they resolved everything.
