Bruno tried his best and really went the extra mile to arrange our DIP and resolved an address issue with the lender’s search. His initial assessment with additional LTI was also great and gave us confidence moving forward. We then worked with Diane, our mortgage advisor who handled our mortgage with great professionalism. She explained everything clearly, guided us through the process and arranged it with additional LTI to meet our needs. She was always reachable on the phone whenever we had queries which gave us real peace of mind. Her assistant Marina was very nice and responsive and together they made the whole experience smooth and stress free.
