Shipping dates for pre-orders keep changing
I've purchased a lot of items from FOCO but mainly their bobbleheads. FOCO loves to take your money for a pre-order bobblehead and then seems to randomly select a shipping date that they will eventually push back (sometimes more than once). Case in point, I finally received my Jayden Daniels bobblehead after the initial ship date was pushed by by a couple of months and I had pre-ordered an Ovi bobblehead back in April and it was supposed to ship out today (I checked their webpage yesterday and it said "shipping out no later than 12/4) but just checked it a few minutes ago and now the ship date is NOW 1/29/2026! No notification or anything...I reached out to them regarding the Daniels bobblehead and it was like pulling teeth just to get a $10 credit. If you do a pre-order, plan on waiting over half a year before getting the order.
