Poor quality, borderline AI slop. Poor customer service.
The first copy they sent me was terrible. It had been ran through an AI program and looked nothing like him. The eyes were weird and he had too many teeth. It felt very rushed and looked sloppy at best. The revision is better, but still looks off. Like they just decreased the amount of AI used. I purchased a digital-only option and had major issues trying to download it. Could not download it on my phone, but was successful after downloading a program on my laptop. When I emailed them about the issue originally, they sent no information but the same link that would not work. In hindsight, I would not buy from them again. I’m sure I could do better myself.
