I’ve been very disappointed with my experience using Invaluable. At first, I was able to participate in a couple of auctions without any issues. However, after a few bids it appears that unless you pay for their subscription service, they eventually place you on a universal “no-bid” list. This is especially frustrating because their own website states that paying for a subscription is not required to bid. I’ve tried multiple times to get answers from their customer service team. Every email I send generates a confirmation number, but no one ever responds. I also attempted to call the phone number listed on their site, and it now connects to what sounds like a travel agency — not Invaluable. I’ve enjoyed using the platform in the past, but the lack of customer support, unclear policies, and inability to resolve basic account issues make it impossible to trust the service. I hope they improve their communication and transparency, but for now, I can’t recommend them.
