Slow Processing time
Purchased it for my sibling as her phone is damaged. Ordered a device on 1st December 2025. Email received that it will take 3-5 days of processing time, apart from preorder. Until today, no update received. Chat with customer service over WhatsApp, mentioned that it will take 7 days for processing. On the page, it didn't indicate that the item was either preorder or ready stock. So how should I know if it is preorder or ready stock? Also, why there is a disjointed information from between email processing time (3-5 days) & what the CS told me (+/-7 days)? Kindly escalade the order as my sibling is going out of the state for further studying by the end of the week. Order ID: 77113
