I had an issue assembling a Garden Party Bag. I contacted support and Lloyd walked me through the issue I had. He showed me where I went wrong and the correct fix to get me back on track. I love assembling their leather kits. It gives great satisfaction and accomplishment to see a beautiful finished product. Thank you, Andrew
