I am extremely disappointed that my photo order has not been delivered. These photos were meant to be a present, and the delay has completely disrupted my plans. My order was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 6th December, but the order hasn't even been shipped but is still processing. I spoke to two different Live Chat agents, who both explicitly assured me the photos would arrive were clearly lying! Please provide an immediate update on where my photos are and when I can expect them to arrive. I would also appreciate knowing what steps you will take to resolve this issue and prevent further delay.
