SLOW AND BAD EXPERIENCE BY SUPPORT
UPDATED REVIEW : I have received my order today around 2.40pm . Checked everything . Received product as advertised and in good condition as website stated . BH is 100% when received . You guys can check timeline of my order and original complaint below . My biggest worry is how overwhelmingly negative the google review and trustpilot review after i purchase it thru their website . The support took days to reply and doesn't feel get replied by human at all . As other say , bot copy paste reply such thing . I did email and whatsapp them and yes they took day to reply . My original review is 1 star , and i up it to 3 star experience. If they could give a better support response and details , would get 1-2 star extra . Will pull back my KPDNKK report since order arrived as i expected . . 4/12/2025 - Product ordered through Compasia website. 9/12/2025 - Received tracking number and invoice through email. 10/12/2025 - Product delivered by DHL around 2.40pm 5 days for me to received my order . ORIGINAL REVIEW : ORDER NUMBER : #CAM77263 bought my IP15 at DEC 04 , 2025 Thursday . Website states i will receive tracking number 1-2 days . . Monday 8 DEC , i still havent receive any tracking number . Did email them and whatsapp them . No reply. . Will report to kpdnkk without hesitation . Reported to KPDNKK for this issue .
