Better online ordering
I commented that the online ordering was much better in my experience. In the past I would place an order then got a message that the order hadn't gone through, that there was a problem with my credit card then arguing that there wasn't. This time it went though without the back and forth and I appreciate knowing that if I want to order something the order will be fulfilled.
