Item is great, service was not great
I ordered an ottoman from Interior Define. The ottoman is great but they have been difficult. The sales price when I settled on the the item with the sales person ended the night before my order was submitted. They honored it. Right before I was set to finally receive my item (which was late and no updates to tracking since it first hit the water), they offered an additional sale, which lowered the price by $200 on the ottoman I ordered and had not yet received. The sales person and customer service both refused to adjust the price to reflect the new sales price. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere that has enough class not to risk losing customers over $200. So disappointing. Otherwise a decent product, too bad i'll never shop there again and hope you don't either.
