Terrible customer service
I placed an order and received an email that it was out of stock and would not be ready until January. I emailed them back and asked for a refund. They mentioned nothing of the refund and said the order would be sent on December 27th. Again I emailed and asked to cancel my order and provide a refund as per their refund policy. Once again, they emailed me back saying the order would go out on December 30th. They do not mention my request for cancellation or refund.
