I’ve been a loyal Bellami user for a good 6/7 years now. In the last two years, I noticed a significant decline in quality. The hair used to last 8/9 months, and now it barely lasts 3. It’s excessively dry, excessively tangles, thins extremely fast. I literally bought a new set in September and already have to replace them - that’s how terrible the quality is. Considering how much I paid for these, it is absolutely unacceptable to have to already replace them - I will never buy from Bellami again.
