ordered and received the Hybrid jacket in Army color. absolutely love the jacket but it came with small defect unnoticeable but within the left pocket making it unusable. i contacted customer service and within an hour had a return label and an email saying an exchange is being sent. i appreciate the fast service and the quality of merchandise! thx!
