I wear alot of hats, and this one is just off. The front of the hat has this stiff front to it that doesn't form at at all. It sticks out where it shouldn't and isn't great at all.

I have emailed three times to get my order fixed, with no response. We paid for express two day shipping and it was sent regular mail. The items will arrive after our event. I had emailed promptly and kept following up, and I have no reply to the issue. To say I’m disappointed, is an understatement.
