Scammers! Booking 938485926 Didn’t book me the hotel I paid for! Haven’t solved the problem for almost 2 weeks! No refund! No compensation issued! Reached everywhere: on the phone, through the email. Customer service team on the phone does not solve the problem! Misrepresentation on the website! Poor communication!
