I've been a Mail.com customer for many years without any problems, but over the last few weeks the service has become so slow it is frustrating to use. When I tried to find out why I discovered the search facility in the 'Help' section of their website finds no results, no matter what you ask it. My previously high opinion of the company has been tarnished.
