I’m really disappointed with overall service with you. Seriously. If I know this will happen I will never trade in my phone on the first place. Your team has been really misleading your consumers. Hi CompAsia, it’s my first time experiencing this very unprofessional and bad service from your side. I’ve send in my phone for trade in on 26th Nov (KL Sentral Branch) the staff only inform 7-14 days for reimburse payment to be credited to me. Now it’s been more than 20 days - no update. Whatapp CS is not even active to reply customer inquiry including your email. Please don’t do this to your customer, I’ve seen and read so many bad review from your side!
