We just switched to Puretalk. The set up for my phone was quick and easy. The setup for my husband's phone took about 45 minutes BUT that was entirely my fault because I failed to do something of importance on his phone. The representative that helped had the patience of a saint. She was pleasant and sweet during the whole debacle that I created. We will see on the signal soon. So far I am extremely pleased.
