Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The quality of the jumper I purchased was far below acceptable — after just one wash, following the care instructions, it was left bobbled and looking worn. I contacted customer service immediately with photos and requested an exchange. This was refused without any meaningful explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Once payment was taken, there was no interest in helping or standing behind the product. I regret this purchase and would not buy from this company again.
