Longest Time to Ship
Service is the worst. Order was placed on 12/02. I've inquired on 12/08 about the status. All they can tell me is that it takes 15-20 days to receive because they are designing my product and shipping time. Sent them another message 12/11 and now they've sent me tracking info. Product is coming from China. Which means that their answer for the delay because "they're designing my product" is bogus. Maybe it's made to order? That would not take that long. I am assuming it's due to customs related issues... I'll update after I receive... After a closer look and reading reviews, I should have stayed away.
