Spade customer support is THE BEST! I have purchased 3 Spade and Co. smartwatches and we all love our watches. I had an issue with mine - I was able to get text, phone call, and email notifications for several days when suddenly, I couldn't. I tried everything the app told me to do, but nothing worked. I contacted customer service and got the answer immediately. Way to go, Spade and Co.!! Thank you!
