Never ending loop of BS
There is something seriously wrong with this device and its made my life hell over the past years. I realize using my phone for content creation was a stupid idea. Its just too much and once you hit your storage limit, it reeeeally cant handle it. So PSA, do not let your iphone run out of storage or you will be put into this weird loop that never ends. I have spent, all together, prob 40 ish hours in the past year deleting content off of my phone, (because like I said, its useless once you get close to your max storage), just to have the photos re appear. Yes I delete the recently deleted, yall I have tried everything. The amount of stress and frustration this has caused me is inhumane. There were times when I NEEDED to use my camera to take a pic, and it wouldnt allow it, everytime you switch a screen you get the error "youre out of storage blah blah" So Id go sit in a quiet place and start going through the media, deleting larger unnecessary files. I usually sit down for a good hour doing this everytime just to find those pieces of content back in my photos app down the road. So it really makes me wonder you know. It feels like Im being punked, like someone is laughing on the other side.. Imagine selling a product so bad that your customers think they are being punked and its some kkind of prank. Cause it doesnt make sense. Why would you program a phone not to delete content when told to? Like the symptoms of having a full phone is, you cannot delete media. Sooo... if you cant delete photos and videos to clear space you have to start deleting apps. Ive deleted every app. Ive tried from my desktop on the photos app. Ive tried directly from icloud, Ive tried from my cell phone, Ive tried turning it on and off in between every step, Ive tried leaving my phone off and plugged in, its hard to say what comes back and what deletes, but perhaps literally nothing is deleting. I can go and find 3 videos that are 20 min long equaling 12 gb all together. So I delete those, and go into my rec. deleted. delete those too. turn the phone on and off, and surprise! I can take a photo, yay! I can take 2 photos! YES! OP! there it is, the error, "Youre out of storage!" So like, that math is not mathing. "Deleting" 12 gb of videos and onl being able to take two photos....Im not an idiot, and Im sorry I give such ratchet reviews, and I hope you understand. I would absolutley LOVE it if someone who knows something about this problem can give me a call. I dont understand how this could still be an issue. Or maybe Im just being targeted. But theres caliberating issues between the cloud and my phone, and so when it syncs up and sees content is missing from my phone, and my cloud no longer matches it just adds them back. So I need help. Im done bitching about this, and being mad that I wasted so much time and money on this phone when I believe it should be performing better for the price i paid for it. Please call me so I can resolve this issue once and for all. It really sucks because we are left with two very different options for phones, and I wonder why every single day of my life. This is all just my personal opinion based off of the "vibe" I get, but Apple, there are soooo many red flags, and its not looking too good for you. Like, why MUST we have a credit card added. If I wanted to purchase something I will do it. I dont need you going into my bank accts late at night and emptying my bank acct and my paypal acct,( leading me to a lifetime ban on Pay pal. ) for an app that I dont even want, a whole year. Youre taking advantage of people and relying on people forgetting to cancel free trials and then refusing refunds. Why would I go to the store, and purchase a pair of ugly ass shoes that I hate that are 3 sizes too big. What am I supposed to do with them? At least the store would give me a refund. Its like going to the shoe store, and the store owner sneaking into your purse and buying their own products with your money, and then refusing a refund. I really hope you have made enough billions to survive the rest of your life and then some because I believe apple should be shut down. There is something so sickening about how you treat your customers, I guess once you make eough money you dont have to give a shit anymore apparently. Again this is all just my humble opinion, Im not saying ay of this is facts, but its something to question. Ive also had horrid experiences with your "support" team telling me that they couldnt tell me why the records showed that I cancelled an app 4 months prior, and why I was sudddenly billed again, I wated to know why you guys went into my bank acct and payed for a cancelled app after 4 months and she told me she couldnt tell me because it was "confidential" then caught her gas lighting me and I do have the phone conversation recorded ad saved, and the messages back and forth with the support where they wasted two days of my life if youd like to see.
