Cracked lenses
I purchased glasses at LensCrafters and a few months later the lenses cracked all around the edges with tiny prism like cracks. I returned and they replaced my defective lenses. After a few more months the same thing happened again. They said maybe the lenses were too tight in the frames so they replaced my frames and lenses but refused to extend the warranty even though these were new glasses,and charged me a co pay this time. They said when warranty runs out in a couple months I would just have to buy a new pair. This is not right, obviously there is some kind of defect in the lens. I paid almost $400 for these glasses and should not have to buy another pair if these present ones crack. I have to think this is poor quality and warranty should be extended. I belive warranty should be extended and a refund of $25. because this is a defect in lenses. I purchased glasses 1/22/25, new lenses in May 2025 and new glasses in November 2025. I want Len Crafters to do the right thing.
