Auto enrollment in renewal
I purchased this product a year ago and only now I find out that they automatically enrolled me into an auto renewal. When I requested a refund I was told that a renewal notice was sent to me seven days prior to the impending charge date. I did not see this, but I do not feel like fighting them so I am eating the fee. If you buy their product make sure you check that you are not enrolled in their auto renewal (unless you want to be).
