SLOW SHIPPING. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Ordered a jacket on 2/12 and heard nothing since. I followed up TWICE asking for updates and a confirmation whether it’ll arrive before Christmas Day and I get the same generic response “We are still processing the order and you’ll be notified when it’s shipped.” There’s no way it’s arriving before Xmas I’m devastated it was a gift.
