Poor Product Quality and Frustrating Refund Process
I ordered a product from SwanGift that was meant to be a gift, but it was very disappointing. The item I received was poorly made and did not match the quality shown on the website. It looked cheap and felt rushed, which was embarrassing given that it was intended as a gift. After receiving the product, I contacted customer service to request a refund. The process was frustrating and required unnecessary back-and-forth instead of a straightforward resolution. For a company that markets itself as a gift provider, this level of product quality and customer support is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend SwanGift and will not be purchasing from them again.
