International transfer gets lost
We are not a DBS customer; however, we are the beneficiary of an international transfer sent from a DBS account on 24 November 2025. As of 16 December 2025, there is still no trace of the funds. Unfortunately, the hotline has been unable to assist, as they cannot verify the transaction. The only option provided is to ask the sender to contact their bank for further verification. After more than 30 years of experience in international business and having received thousands of overseas transfers, this is the first and only incident we have encountered involving DBS.
