The one thing I LOVE is that whenever I send an email, I get a response almost IMMEDIATELY!!! That always amazes me!!! Most companies do not respond quickly, if at all!!! Whenever I speak to an associate at Direct Meds they have always been so eager to help and are always courteous, patience and seemed to be very eager to try to solve any problem I may have at the time. So far, I am EXCEEDINGLY pleased with my interactions with Direct Meds!!! I hope their ecxellent customer service continues!!
