This terrible company does not reply to problems...they charge disgusting luggage prices at the airport but wont let you add luggage online...$400aud for on suitcase for one hour...do not use this ripoff airline, you have been warned
Still disgusted wuth Batik Air..still no response to my emails...after getting ripped off by $400aud for one suitcase for one hour flight...the airline doesnt seem to care what people think...rip off crap airline...do not travel Batik Air...you have been warned by me and other ripped off customers!!!
Do not fly this airline...cheap tickets but yiu cant add luggage till you get to airport..i flew one hour to Kota from KL...cheap ticket but the assholes charged almost $400 (994 myr!) For one case of luggage...avoid booking with them...the complaints dept doesnt respond!!! You have been warned!!
