Awful experience
Awful experience . Truly the worst customer service I have had in years. Ordered pedals, wheel and hub online for my son's xmas gift and the chaos began. Total lack of clarity on stock levels and shipping. Pedals out of stock although happily took my money at checkout. Wheel and hub arrived, no pedals. So many emails chasing delivery to be told out of stock everywhere. Eventually and weeks of complaining I received a tracking number that showed no package received by DPD. Honestly if you are ordering more than one thing, avoid and buy from a retailer in UK.
