2 parcels up to £150 was lost on Royal Mail and then returned to them. After several times of either asking for a refund or replacements they kept avoiding the email and saying they are gonna get back to me and sort it. They never did. Shocking customer service
I am very satisfied with MOZA Racing’s products and service. The quality of the products is excellent, and everything feels well-made and reliable. The customer service has also been great—professional, helpful, and responsive.
I also really like how the MOZA Racing product range continues to grow. They keep adding new and interesting products, which makes the ecosystem more complete and gives customers more options to expand their setup. It’s exciting to see what they will come up with next.
Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with MOZA Racing and would definitely recommend them to others.
Ive bought all my simracing stuff from moza, the delivery times are pretty stretched out, but its still good, started on the r3 and it was great, you need to learn the Software a bit then its perfect. Got the r12 now with a few wheels, and I love it.
Cant wait to get the new Mercedes and porsche wheels aswell😁
Im not gonna switch from moza, ever
F love this stuff
Moza’s products are absolutely top‑tier. Excellent quality, great design, and easy to handle.
Their support also provides flawless and fast assistance. Always a pleasure.
I'm making all my simracing system based on Moza products and I'm very satisfied. Materials are very sturdy, looking pleasant and the manufacturing is awesome. Got 2 wheels (KS Pro and GS V2P GT), R12 wheel base, CRP2 pedals, HGP and SGP shifters, HGP handbrake, never had any issue or failure. Pithouse software has a good UI, maybe not immediately clear, but easy to use.
Had the chance to buy directly from the website and everything ran smooth, from placing the order to getting shipment notification. Even delivery time, considering international shipment, took not more than 10 days.
Pretty satisfied with the brand and highly suggested
I have had great experience with the support, and find the products to be really high quality in their price range.
The only thing I wish they improve is their shipping times.
Very good experience with MOZA as developer, seller and also over Discord support service. I have bought many their products and made home simracing MOZA ecosystem, so I will remain MOZA regular customer also in the future.
Very bad service. And company is fradulant. Dont expect them to be understanding in any way. They delayed my order delivery by 3 weeks. I wasn't available at the delivery address by then. So I asked them to cancel the order. They lied and said the order had already shipped. UPS tracking showed they never received the order. Buyers be aware! Hopefully you never have to order their products.
The slowest, most dishonest, delivery that I have ever experienced. The stuff is all great. The wait time is not. On their product pages, they do not honestly disclose the actual shipping time. I ordered a whole bunch of stuff on July 12th, and it all said 3-5 business days to ship. Waited 15 business days (the longest international shipping could take according to Moza). Then had to wait for actual delivery. Ended up needing one additional part after everything arrived on AUGUST 1ST. Ended up ordering from Best Buy and it was delivered within 3 days. Their products are great, but don't order directly from them.
MOZA is great I got the R5 Bundle plus the HGP Shifter. It came together pretty well. Had to wait a little for shipping. But that is expected with a great product.
As an active MOZA user and creator of one the official CM2 dashboard preset, I can say for sure that the company does not appreciate (and I dare to say accept) any kind of criticism. MOZA has exceptional hardware but lacks big time in software development and release management. Anyone who uses Pit House knows how messy software releases and beta tests are handled. As many other Chinese companies, their goal is to take over by reinventing the wheel with a 100% closed ecosystem instead of playing along. Customer base requests to make it compatible with other software widely used across the sim racing community (i.e Simhub) are simply ignored. Meanwhile, their software is limited, often glitchy and causes crashes unexpectedly. Any constructive criticism in social media (Facebook, Discord, etc.) are deemed as negative, inappropriate or irrelevant and are immediately censored by the moderators. While direct competitors are listening to their customers and opening up their ecosystems for compatibility, MOZA insists in doing the exact opposite: IGNORE YOU as a customer.
I've never had a issue with moza. All the products i've purchased arrived on time if not faster than the delivery date. I also made a mistake on my delivery address and they fixed it too. starting to think all these reviews are just fake accounts trying to bring down their creditability.
They erre really helpfull, the have gót the most reliable pricing ín Krete.
The guy who helped is during the cár handover process MR Giannis Geo was really helpfull and mind.
nothing wrong with the product, great quality. BUT
i bought the moza r5 racing bundle on 02.06.2026 for 409 euros.
i bought the moza sr-p lite pedals on 13.06.2026 for 47 euros.
then, in july of 2026 they release the moz r5 PRO racing bundle for ONLY 10 euros more.
i cannot refund my purchases anymore (although ive used them less than a hundred hours). i cannot swap out my r5 for the r5 pro.
they definitely couldve atleast let us know a month or a few before releasing the straight up better version, or offered a swap/return.
i would consider them a bad company because of that.
so far i havent had any problems with the set, exept bad deafault wheelbase settings (BNG and AC specifically).
i mean come on? can anybody really call a company like that a good company? they really made a name for themselves in a few years but oh they fell off so badly.
no complaints about the products (so far) but if you do buy a buncle you might be dissapointed about what they release a month later for only 10 euros more thats just a superrior version of what you bought with no upgrade/swap/replacemnt options availiable.
i have no shame in being mad at MOZA racing, since they seem to have no shame in scamming their customers.
Moza products are high quality as far as I can tell. Very well made and tough. However they need to realize customer service is part of the business of selling products. Shipping delays are rediculous. Made an order 10 days ago and some items have yet to be mailed out or even have a shipping expectation date. No answer from the company when I asked when it would be shipped.
