What people say

Customer support/service is terrible

Customer support/service is terrible. Had issues with my wheel and had to send videos back and forth just to get a new part sent out that I had to put on. In order to get the wheel replaced under warranty I would have to send the wheel back and wait for them to verify the problem and then replace. Wouldn't even let me pay for a new wheel and then refund it when I shipped the faulty one back. Took over a month to get this all worked out and then hours to take apart the wheel and put the replacement part on. If nothing goes wrong with the equipment then it's probably worth it. The best way to even reach customer service is through their discord, you can't even call them.

Product not arrived, awful supoort

I ordered a steering wheel and base on 7/6. After waiting for delivery, after-sales advised they would send it out again. Today (18 days later) I recieved half the order (wheel base). I contacted them via online chat to be told I'd have to wait 24/48 hours to hear back from after sales support (again). They have no phone number or manager to speak to. They have my £650 and I have no idea when, or if, I will ever recieve this steering wheel.

Terrible decision

My experience so far with Moza has been VERY poor at best. On the 1st of June I purchased a $400 product that was on sale for $340, and it got confirmed by email. That same email stated that within 48 Hours my product would be shipped. By that 48 hour mark I still have yet to receive a shipping label. So I email them the next day. 48 hours later from my email I finally receive a reply. And lo and behold it’s a Ai prompt telling me about their shipping policy. So I reply back saying I’d like further clarification on my order because due to their policy, my package is past the shipping date. Long story short it is now the 15th of June and I STILL have yet to receive clarification on my order. I’m now out roughly $370 because of course they are HAPPY to take my money 2 days after my order. But they are not happy to deliver their own product on a timely fashion, IF AT ALL. I HIGHLY recommend looking for other brands/options.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! They actually dont allow you to speak with anyone directly and will only respond via email or a chat bot. They also sell items on their website that they do not have IN STOCK. They will take the order and then use the app SHOP and show that it has been "shipped" and you will receive it a few days later. However it was never shipped and they delay as long as they can so that hopefully they will get in more inventory. You can NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE THERE. All you can do it just send and email and hope for the best. The platform for driving works good, just dont trust that your going to receive products from them if you order them online. I would buy their items direct from a dealer never from them directly. June 6, 2026 was the delivery date for my order. June 9th after reaching out for 3 days they told me they never sent it and that it was out of stock. June 12th is today. Still, no refund, no item shipped, no response.

Months Without a Working Setup

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with MOZA Racing and the way my case has been handled. I purchased my MOZA racing bundle on 6 December 2025, including the wheel base and steering wheel. Unfortunately, after only limited use, the problems started. On 27 February 2026, the PSU suddenly failed. MOZA did send me a replacement PSU, which I appreciated. However, this already meant that I could not use the product for quite some time. Around 30 March 2026, I finally received the replacement PSU. On the very same day, after being able to use the setup again, the wheel base failed as well. It started making abnormal noises, the steering did not work correctly, and calibration did not solve the issue. I recorded videos, followed the troubleshooting steps, performed a soft reset and calibration through the MOZA software, and cooperated with everything that was requested. I then sent both the wheel base and the steering wheel back together in one package for repair or replacement. Around 6 May 2026, I received the wheel base and steering wheel back. However, immediately after reconnecting everything, it became clear that the issue had not been resolved at all. The same abnormal behaviour was still present. In my opinion, this strongly suggests that the product was either not properly repaired, not properly tested, or not properly inspected before being returned to me. After more back and forth, MOZA eventually confirmed that they would send me a brand-new R9 V3 wheel base. While I appreciate that a replacement was finally arranged, the entire process has been frustrating, unclear, and far too slow. Communication was inconsistent, earlier statements about replacing both the wheel base and steering wheel changed, and I repeatedly had to chase for updates myself. On 5 June 2026, I received the replacement wheel base. However, the steering wheel was missing. This is especially frustrating because I had sent the MOZA GS V2P GT Wheel back in the same package as the wheel base. MOZA later stated that they had not received the steering wheel, even though both items were packed together in one box. I also provided the UPS tracking number and explained the situation. So, after several months, multiple defects, repeated emails, unclear communication, and returning my equipment, I still cannot use the racing setup I paid for. Receiving a replacement wheel base does not solve the problem if the steering wheel is missing. I understand that technical issues can happen. A product can be defective. But the way this case has been handled is not acceptable. The product failed too quickly, the repair process did not fix the issue, and the after-sales support has left me without a complete working setup for months. For a product in this price range, I expected much better quality control, clearer communication, and a more professional resolution. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend MOZA Racing. The product has been unreliable, and the service process has been extremely disappointing.

Customer services are non existent

Customer services are non existent, no replies or any updates. Shipping times are appalling ! Wish I didn't order direct from moza as smaller retailers promise delivery within a couple of days ! Very annoying that I ordered my wheel almost 2 weeks ago now and it's still saying label created. Please sort this mess out moza !!!

Better to go with simagic , fanatec or Logitech.

Chinese products made in China with higher than normal failure rates. Poor customer service (email only) that’s located in China so it takes 24-48 hours for a single reponse. The company is a tight budget. Shipping with them can take 7-14 days no matter how big or small the item is. Sometimes the forget items in your order so it’s another 2 weeks to get it corrected.

the worst customer service ever

the worst customer service i have ever experienced, i all started out in january with some trouble ordering products from the website were it would not let me order all though it reserved the money on my bank account and right after canceled the order i reach out by making a ticket but after 2 month with no responce i tried to contact them directly om E-Mail 2 times but still no responce so apparently no one is there to help the cusomers if they need it.

Cancelled order not cancelled

Intended to order a set of SRP2 Accelerator and brake pedals, in addition to a CRP2 Load cell clutch pedal. They appeared to work independently. The vendor advised that was not the case and offered resolutions to include refund, exchange or item cancel. Elected to cancel the entire order, as it was not standalone. The vendor: " Thank you for your reply. We will assist you in canceling your order. Due to CRP2 Load Cell Clutch Pedal is not compatible with the SRP2 Pedals. As a result, we are unable to provide an optimal gaming experience. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any other questions, please contact us promptly. We look forward to hearing from you." Asked them to confirm cancellation, thanked them and mentioned being excited to receive a separate product produced by them from another Vendor. Yesterday at 6am, was charged $300 for a product that was confirmed to not be compatible, meet my needs or be desired. No contact after first e-mail follow up. Second sent prior to this post. If they fix this, awesome and will update. If not, assume doing business with them will not result in any customer service assistance.

Horrible ordering process

Horrible ordering process. Ordered a wheel mid-Feb. Told it would ship by early March. 6 weeks went by, no wheel, no updates (on Mar 22nd my order still showed early Mar ship date.) I send email to customer support asking for an update. I get an almost immediate response saying "Your product has shipped" and get a UPS tracking number. That was pure B.S. Going on 3rd day and UPS still doesn't have the shipment. They printed a label so they could tell me it shipped and it's really sitting in some queue waiting for someone to fulfill the order. Had same crap happen when I ordered a wheel base few months back. Great products, horrible customer service. There are plenty of great products out there so I think I'm done with MOZA going forward.

Terrible Customer Service and Unresolved Refund

Extremely disappointing experience with MOZA. Their customer service is painfully slow, and almost every time I need help, I have to send 2 or 3 follow-up emails just to get a response. That alone is frustrating enough, but the refund issue made everything much worse. I returned 3 products, but they only refunded me for 2 of them. For the third item, they keep saying they do not have it, and because of that, they are refusing to return my money. From my side, I completed the return, yet I am still being forced to chase them for a refund that should have already been processed. This kind of after-sales support is unacceptable. When a company takes your money quickly but becomes unresponsive and unhelpful when it is time to solve a problem, it creates serious trust issues. Customers should not have to beg for replies, send multiple emails, and fight to get back money for returned items. Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had. Very poor communication, very poor refund handling, and absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to resolving customer problems. I do not recommend MOZA at all.

Order From A Dealer Instead

I ordered a Moza R12 direct from Mozaracing.com on 17/02/2026. I understand that the Chinese new year was taking place during this period, but on their website it stated that the item would dispatch in 3 days from their UK warehouse and I should allow 3-7 business days for delivery, so I waited. On the 19th the DPD tracking updated to show 'label created', I contacted them on the 27th asking where my order was as the tracking hadn't updated. It took them 3 days to respond and tell me that the item has been dispatched and that they would expedite the delivery. I then contacted them again a few days later and they sent the same message. Today, the 5th of February, I had an email to say that they have refunded my purchase. Not a clue if my order was actually dispatched or where it went. I'm not saying don't buy Moza products as they perform great for the money, I'm just saying avoid ordering from them directly.

delivery is very very very slow

I’ve been waiting over a week for my order they say you’ll get within 3-7 days, I’ve contacted there email multiple times no response, I’ve tried to contact them on there website but it’s glitched so I can’t send anything.(edit) it’s the 12 of march I ordered on Feb 26th I got 1 of my items from them 5 days ago and still waiting for my 2nd item which I ordered at the same time.still no response on any of my emails, never ordering from there website again

Return procedure very disappointed

I requested a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. I sent photos of the item (in this case a flightstick M16) as they asked me. Instead of giving me an RMA number and return instructions they stopped aswering me. I sent almost 3 email to them, no answers. Never happened to me that kind of support.

High Quality

The High score is first off all for their Products (you get much for your money compared to other similar products), i ended up buying the hole bundle for Rally setup incl CM2 Dash directly from Moza (also added a KS wheel now). But If i should point a finger at anything it will be that they are quite slow sending out their product from their Warehouse (it can take up to a week+-) and they send to much random auto generated information when contacting customer support as to avoid getting further questions :)
