PRO: The product is fantastic. i love everything about the hardware i use. I have the R12 DD paired with the Xbox wheel and CRP2 pedals. I Simply love the hardware and have no complaints whatsoever about it. The quality in material and responsiveness is excellent. Cant complain there. Customer Service was great every time i contacted them as well. CON: The Moza Pit app is easy to use but i would remove the need for a password entry every time i need to login. That is kind of annoying as sometimes i wish to make quick adjustments prior to a race start, right after quali. That is something that could improved. The Xbox wheel mapping has limited functionalities. I cant map all available buttons on the wheel. I wish that could be updated.

Stock levels are not indicated on the website, so buyers do not know when they will receive the product before purchasing. In some cases, this can take up to 3-4 weeks for products that are not in the local warehouse. These are shipped directly from China.
I really like the quality of the MOZA products. Although the wiring inside the shifter seems to be a weak spot. Also, shipping needs to be better. I know that living on Guam, makes shipping difficult. But 4-6 weeks seems excessive. Overall though, I think MOZA is a top tier maker of quality products.
Well... I dont have words for how amazed they left me. I ordered the Moza R9 wheel base and the GS V2P Gt wheel. And almost the next week i had it (wheel base). Even if the wheel, came later than expected, im totally satisfied, since the support, respond to my question the same day about more info of my order. This setup is awesome! I bought the R12 with the crp2 pedals and a couple of wheels. I'm so happy with the build qualiry compared to my old TM stuff. The software is incredibly easy to use and incredibly detailed. I found my ecosystem for sim racing.

I have online shopped my entire adult life. With good and bad experiences. However, I have never felt the need to write a review. I would give Moza racing - 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered wheel, base, pedals over 2 months ago now. Costing around $3,800 AUD. My items said in stock on website, however they still haven’t been shipped. I have raised 3 tickets and multiple emails with Moza’s reply pushing me in circles. Moza will not explain why, where my item is, how long it will take before it is shipped etc. They have offered me a $40 credit for the delay, which is insulting to say the least. I have asked for a refund 2 times now and they have said both times give us 5 more business days. Which I have done each time as I really want the items I ordered. However both occasions they have not shipped my items, nor explained why or when they would or if I can even get my money refunded. It is a very frustrating system with no number to call or chat bot to talk to etc.. I have just been waiting for them to get back to me. When they do they just brush you off and dodge the questions you have asked. Unfortunately caught them lying too. I have never written a review ever in my life but I felt compelled to warn everyone before buying Moza Products. I was told they were the best products for my budget and have a very poor experience. I am not sure if I’ll receive my item, or get my Money back. This msg is a last ditch effort for customer service to get in contact with me about my items, where they are and how long it will take to receive them. Give me a date! I purchased a whole Moza setup, including an R9 base, RS V2 wheel, SRP pedals, and the HGB shifter. However, the HGB shifter came broken out of the box, and I had to send it back for replacement. Support has been very helpful and quick. The base and wheel feel amazing and really responsive compared to my previous fanatec csl dd, and although the shifter came broken, I am still very happy with my purchase and am planning to purchase their handbrake soon.
I ordered the Moza R5 as my first entrance into sim racing and it was the best decision! I have now added the hgp shifter and handbrake and absolutely love it. The shipping was fast and everything arrived just as expected. If you are on the fence, go for it! You will not regret it.
Ordered Moza R5 Base and ES wheel as an upgrade from Logitech G920. It was a great upgrade and I was very happy. My plastic paddle shifter in the ES wheel eventually broke after 3 years of use, but was no longer under warranty. I decided I would upgrade to the new FSR2 wheel $650 price tag. Since the purchase I have been in constant email with moza support for two weeks to help me diagnose an issue with the screen/dashboard shutting off from the day of my purchase. The support is in a different time zone so the replies are slow but they are consistent. I’ve sent multiple videos in to their support email. The issue seems to be with the pogo-pin board inside the wheel. They are asking if I can take apart the wheel to make the necessary repairs and allocate a part number for them so they can send me a replacement board. I was ready to upgrade my base, but now I am hesitant and debating returning my wheel.
